ATA Announces Exciting Collaboration with Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IITH)

The American Telugu Association (ATA) is proud to announce a groundbreaking collaboration with the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IITH).

As a 16-year-old institute that has rapidly risen to become ranked #7 in Engineering and #6 in Innovation within the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) of India, IITH represents the pinnacle of academic excellence. This partnership aims to foster stronger ties between the Telugu community in the US and the educational advancements happening in India.

What Does This Collaboration Mean?

ATA will serve as a facilitator and coordinator for logistics, opening doors to several incredible opportunities for students, professionals, and entrepreneurs:

  • Student Exchange Program: US students now have the ability to enroll in summer classes, semester coursework, or short-term courses at IITH. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in top-rated programs for Engineering, Computer Science, AI, and Semiconductors.
  • Research Opportunities: Participants will have the ability to conduct research projects at IITH’s massive 1.5 lakh square foot Technology Innovation Park.
  • Startup Ecosystem: For entrepreneurs and venture capitalists, this is a gateway to mentor and invest in a robust ecosystem. IITH currently boasts 320+ startups with over 1500 crores invested so far.
